This project included the widening of SR 4 Bypass from 2 lanes to 4 lanes with additional turn lanes at intersections. The intersection was modified to divert left turn movements via a constructed diversion road. Additional work in the project over CRX Transportation Inc. Railroad crossing included the rehab of the existing bridge structure and the addition of a new bridge adjacent.
